As a BCBA Supervisor in our program, you will guide the efforts of our BCBA team. You will supervise and train therapists, conduct assessments, and write up reports. We are seeking a motivated individual who will be comfortable in a supervising role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train behavior interventionists
  • Provide direct supervision and parent consultation
  • Conduct and write FBAs
  • Provide BCBA supervision
  • Write client progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience conducting FBAs
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  • At least 2 years of ABA experience
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills

As a Behavioral Therapist in our program, you will be part of a strong team of therapists who support each other. You will work with individual families and children in our offices, their homes, their schools, and/or their community sites. You must have the utmost respect for confidentiality as well as respect for individual family cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Facilitate ongoing data collection and data analysis
  • Attend weekly meetings with the behavior support team
  • Communicate student progress to the family and other therapists
  • Assist in various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Strong organizational skills to balance productivity needs and required paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

We are looking for a passionate behavior technician to join our team and work under the direction of our licensed behavior analysts. You will work with children diagnosed with ASD and their families, helping them navigate the challenges they face. This position includes intensive training and ongoing professional development, in addition to the intrinsic reward of helping families affected by autism and other disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plan and programming designed by supervisor
  • Utilize ABA principles under the direction of a supervisor
  • Provide social skills training, and generalization of skills into school and community settings
  • Track progress and behaviors using specified data collection methods
  • Maintain and graph all data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Training in ABA strategies
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Some experience working with children diagnosed with ASD (preferred but not required)
